We knew that only the finest quality fabrics could be used when creating a baptismal set able to match the heirloom quality found in the "Krista" gown. To accomplish this, we used the finest Duchess Satin to create large rosettes as the focal point for the lambatha. We then created a gorgeous "skirt" made of the finest quality ivory tulle and throughout the skirt we placed raw strands of more Duchess Satin. The soap pouch, oil bottle and small candles all provide a glimpse of the same exceptional satin that has been cut with raw edges to create a brilliant version of a modern day heirloom set. A Silk Dupioni receiving sheet from LTMAL and a lush Kassatex brand baptismal towel and washcloth complete this luxurious set.
